I feel so humbled to work at a company that has a dedicated Customer Insights team and a dedicated UX Researcher. I also have access to testing tools and methodologies for projects I can take lead on researching.

The checkout navigation research stemmed from a general customer annoyance of not being able to navigate with ease when moving out of checkout. I dug into the issue to provide our team with more information to base decisions on.
